Basically nama means raw, but here it expresses the soft texture of the ganache. In this video, I blended cacao butter, cacao powder and liquid sweetener instead of using store bought chocolate. To be honest, You’d get better texture by using store bought vegan chocolate. But since the number of vegan chocolate is limited at stores compared to ordinary chocolate. It might be a good idea to use half store-bought vegan chocolate, then you add your choice of cacao butter, cacao powder and sweetener. Anyway, enjoy the recipe!
