3/4 C non-dairy milk
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp tapioca starch

cauliflower rice ingredients:
1 tbsp ground flax
3 tbsp water
5 C cauliflower florets (approximately 1/2 a head of cauliflower, depending on size)
2 garlic cloves
3 C panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
