For example, if you want someone who don't know about you to do soemthing or buy into you, you should build the connection between the people who you want to influence to, then you can do he or she a favor according to your research, the favor should be very natural, but you can also build personal relations with them ,since they get a certain information from limited resources. Scaricty of information would get people to be rushed to do something like auction or coupons or so . But be careful, every tactic should be used in a prpper way.
